Our Amaro Castelgreve comes from a careful infusion of botanicals, most of them found in our characteristic landscape of Chianti.
In taste, it shows intense bitter notes of gentian, rhubarb, and absinthe. Elegant with lingering citrus notes. Complex with a finish of persistent bitter notes, pleasant and full on the palate.
