Made with perfectly healthy Sangiovese grapes and harvested exclusively by hand. This natural wine without added sulfites, comes from vineyards located in areas with cooler and deeper soils: where a good vegetation protects from direct contact with the sun’s rays. The bunches are pressed in a very soft way, leaving a part of the berries intact to favor the formation of fruity notes in particular of ripe red fruit. The color is a lively, intense ruby red with a slight purplish nuance of new wine. The scent is dominated by notes of ripe red fruit and berries. The taste has a high freshness and vinosity with a beautiful drinkability.
