Sangiovese selection from the Lamole area, vineyards cultivated at 500-550 m above sea level. The Lamole vines, planted among the boulders of steep slopes, mainly bush trained, produce an intense ruby red wine. It has a fresh and intense fragrance with hints of violet and iris. With a winy, full-bodied and dry flavour when young that becomes velvety, sapid and persistent with ageing in fine Slavonian oak barrels.
